BattlARTS ventured out into Zero-One today, with Yuki Ishikawa and Yuta Yoshikawa forming their tag team before the 30th in a match against Ikuto Hidaka & Shito Ueda. The idea of the match was for officials to determine whether the Ishikawa/Yoshikawa tandem was strong enough to challenge the Hidaka/Sawa tandem for the NWA International Lightweight Tag Team Titles. Ishikawa falls just under the benchmark for lightweight, and so can challenge for the titles.

This would see Hidaka’s first venture into the promotion for many years.
